Spirit-Bound Chests contain treasure left behind by Valorians fleeing the Monolith after Macros took control. They sealed these troves using the power of spirit unique to the Skybreaker Monolith. As the rightful guardian of the Valorian civilization, Orin is uniquely able to identify Spirit-Bound Chests and locate the Spirit Tethers that keep them locked.
- Spirit Tethers can be broken by weapon attacks or with a Shield Throw
- Destroying all attached Spirit Tethers will unlock the Rare chest
- Spirit-Bound chests point towards the locations of the Spirit Tethers in the environment
